Your Account: Once you comply with all our terms and conditions,you’ll be required to register with Dealala, and set up an account with your email address and a password (your “Account”). The email addresses you’ll provide will solely be your responsibility.  If you believe your Account may have been compromised or misused, contact us immediately at Dealala Customer Support.

Using Dealala Account:

As a condition of your use of Dealala, you agree that you will not:

• violate any laws;

• violate the posting rules;

• post or communicate any false, defamatory or misleading material or message of any kind;
• infringe any third-party right;

• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Dealala or the interests or property of Dealala users;

• copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;

• use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access Dealala and collect content for any purpose without our written consent;

• bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Dealala;

• sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties.

We at Dealala reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching the above terms. In addition, we can either restrict a user’s usage of Dealala temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration. If we believe that you are breaching our Terms of Use in any way, we may, at our discretion, inform other Dealala users who have been in contact with you and recommend that they exercise caution.
